What we liked
- + Stores a bike horizontally, and the beam extends to suit handlebars up to 32 inches wide
- + Hook is wrapped in sponge to avoid scratching aluminum, titanium, carbon or steel frames
- + Foldable hook and adjustable angle make it simpler to take the bike down
Trade-offs
- - Holds bikes up to about 48.5 lbs, which excludes some heavy e-bikes
- - Not suitable for step-through frames or very wide handlebars, and it needs a solid stud or masonry wall
