What we liked
- + Listing rates it for 2,500 sq ft and up to 34 pints of moisture per day (at 95F, 90% RH), enough for a typical two-car garage.
- + Three drainage options: 0.79 gal built-in tank, the included 3.28 ft drain hose, or an optional external tank sold separately.
- + AUTO, DRY and SETTING modes (30% to 80% RH) plus timer and child lock give flexible humidity control.
Trade-offs
- - Rated coverage is 2,500 sq ft, a step below the 3,300 sq ft of the unit it replaces, so very large garages may need more capacity.
- - The built-in tank is small at 0.79 gal, so continuous drainage with the hose is the practical way to run it.
