What we liked
- + Stated 200 lb per shelf (1,000 lb total) is a high rating for a plastic unit meant for tools and storage totes.
- + Moisture-resistant plastic construction is not prone to rust, which suits damp garages and basements.
- + Interlocking shelves snap together without tools and can be rearranged.
Trade-offs
- - Plastic shelves are less rigid than steel and the 1,000 lb figure depends on evenly distributed weight.
- - At 36 inches wide it takes more floor space than narrower plastic racks.
